DIRECT RESALE LIMITATION

You agree not to sell, alter, distribute, or transmit any products or services of Mixi Skincare Inc. or its subsidiaries through third-party media. The resale of such products is restricted to licensed aesthetic facilities and/or licensed aestheticians selling to actual clients after a skin consultation. Any other form of resale is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the website's Terms and Conditions.

Reseller is permitted to sell Mixi Skincare Products in its retail brick and mortar stores and an eCommerce website. In order to sell Mixi Skincare Products on its website, Reseller must first inform Mixi Skincare of the existence of the Reseller’s website and provide the representative URL address for inspection prior to approval. Full ingredient lists are not permitted online, only main ingredients may be displayed. Active products must not be sold to general public and must be password protected to only sell to acne clients.

Reseller must be a Licensed Esthetician and perform a skin consultation before recommending Mixi Skincare products to clients. Clients given an active product must be part of a skin care program that gives regular feedback ongoing.

Reseller may not sell any Mixi Skincare Products via third-party sites, including but not limited to Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Poshmark, Walmart, etc. Diversions of this nature may lead to the immediate termination of this Agreement.


Reseller will not “white label,” rebrand/or otherwise modify Mixi Skincare Product labeling, advertising materials.

Reseller must not sell or advertise Mixi Skincare products for less than the Suggested Retail Price.

No client is permitted to give the impression that their site is operated by Mixi Skincare. Any such misrepresentation will result in the immediate termination of the account.

Please note that certain sections of this site, such as those designated for professionals, are exclusively available to licensed aestheticians and licensed professional facilities. Retail consumers and non-professional users are limited to accessing specific areas of the site.

Experienced estheticians know that not every product will be a perfect match for every client due to allergies and general skin sensitivities to products. If you decide not to continue as a Mixi Skincare Reseller you agree to notify us to close your Reseller Account. Non Active accounts may be automatically closed if no purchases are made for an extended period of time.
